Positive: every thing was good. except the check in and the check out was terrible Negative: I didn't like that I arrive in Mexico city at 5:30am and I was, not able to check in until 3:00pm. and I thought My check out was at 11:00pm but I had to check out at 11:00am . it was not a good experience for Me. because of this issue, I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Es un buen lugar, pero falta privacidad Positive: El lugar es impecable, es muy limpio Negative: 1. Después de las 10 de la noche es complicado encontrar a alguien en recepción, siendo que avisamos con anticipación que nuestra llegada sería después de esa hora. 2. El Loft es muy bonito y limpio, sin embargo, las cortinas no dan nada de privacidad, se ve absolutamente todo hacia la parte de afuera
